摘 要:蜡封法是测定易破碎土及形状不规则的坚硬土毛体积密度的一种常用测试方法。为了探明蜡封法试验过程中关键控制因素对试验结果的影响,对石蜡密度测定方法、石蜡液体温度、时间间隔等因素进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:石蜡液体温度过高或过低对试验结果影响较大,误差范围为0.013%~0.617%,石蜡液体温度宜控制在石蜡熔点以上5℃~10℃;试样提出熔融态蜡溶液后,应充分考虑一定的间隔时间,再将蜡封试件浸没到室温条件(20℃~30℃)下的蒸馏水中,测试体积完成密度测试过程。明确控制以上关键因素,可有效避免蜡封试件表面出现小坑、蜡封气泡及开裂等问题,且能够真实反映被测物体的密度,得到稳定可靠的试验结果。Wax seal method is a common method to determine the volumetric density of brittle soil and irregularly shaped hard soil. In order to explore the influence of key control factors on the test results of wax sealing method, in this paper tests are carried out on paraffin density determination method, paraffin liquid temperature, time interval and other factors. The test results show that: excessive high or low temperature of paraffin liquid has great influence on the test results, and the error range is 0.013%~0.617%. The temperature of paraffin liquid should be controlled at 5℃~10℃ above the melting point of paraffin. After extracting the molten wax solution from the sample, the wax-sealed specimen should be immersed into distilled water at room temperature(20℃~30℃) at a certain interval to test the volume so as to complete the density testing process. Clear control of the above key factors can effectively avoid small pits, wax seal bubbles and cracking on the surface of wax seal specimen, and can truly reflect the density of the measured object, and obtain stable and reliable test results.
