摘  要:由于介质阻挡放电中均匀放电模式在各领域具有广泛的应用潜力,因此如何评判介质阻挡放电均匀性已成为研究热点。目前为止,介质阻挡放电均匀评判方法主要用于区分丝状、均匀放电模式,难于定性评判介质阻挡放电均匀性。为此提出了一种利用离差标准化法与区域温差法评判氩气氛围下介质阻挡放电均匀性的新方法,并利用电压、频率、气隙间距和载气流量等参数对该方法的有效性与通用性进行验证。结果表明:离差标准化法具有普适性和良好的稳定性,通过放电图像空间的色度信息,实现不同条件下介质阻挡放电均匀性评判;利用光谱诊断技术,求取不同放电区域的等离子体温度,并计算出放电区域温度差值,实现介质阻挡放电均匀性评判,验证了区域温差法的高实用性;离差标准化法和区域温差法提出的离差系数和区域温度差值均与放电均匀度呈反比,可以实现放电均匀性的定量分析。该方法可以有效地评判不同条件下氩气氛围下放电均匀度变化,为进行介质阻挡放电均匀度表征提供方法依据。Since the homogeneous discharge mode in dielectric barrier discharge has wide application potentials in various fields,the evaluation of dielectric barrier discharge uniformity has become the focus of research.The existing dielectric barrier discharge uniformity evaluation methods are mainly used to distinguish filamentous and uniform discharge modes,and it is difficult to qualitatively evaluate the dielectric barrier discharge uniformity.In this paper,a new method for evaluating the uniformity of dielectric barrier discharge in Ar using the dispersion normalization method and the regional temperature difference method is proposed,and the validity and versatility of the method are verified by parameters such as voltage,frequency,air gap spacing and carrier gas flow rate.The results show that the dispersion normalization method has universality and good stability.Through the chromaticity information of the discharge image space,the uniformity of the dielectric barrier discharge can be judged under different conditions.The temperature difference in the discharge area is calculated to realize the uniformity evaluation of the dielectric barrier discharge,and the high applicability of the regional temperature difference method is verified.The dispersion coefficient and regional temperature difference obtained by the dispersion normalization method and regional temperature difference method are inversely proportional to the discharge uniformity,thus quantitative analysis of discharge uniformity can be achieved.The method proposed in this paper can effectively judge the variation of discharge uniformity in Ar under different conditions,and provide a method basis for the characterization of dielectric barrier discharge uniformity.
