摘　　要：随着互联网技术发展,企业数字化、平台化已然成为当前发展态势。为进一步顺应数字化经济发展潮流,深入推进互联网领域平台企业治理研究,在第四届网络平台治理论坛暨第六届网络治理青年论坛上,学者们对数字化时代平台治理中的数据安全、数据产权与反垄断、消费者权益保护以及价值共创与生态治理等议题进行交流探讨,并从平台风险与治理、数字化与价值共创及组织治理与商业模式创新三个方面对平台进行分析。本届论坛加强了学者对数字化时代平台治理问题的思考,进一步推进了数字化与平台治理领域相关理论研究和实践探索。With the development of Internet technology, enterprise digitalization and platformization have become the current development trend. In order to further conform to the development trend of the digital economy and further promote the research on platform corporate governance in the Internet field, at the 4th Network Platform Governance Forum and the 6th Network Governance Youth Forum, scholars exchanged views on issues such as data security, data property rights and anti-monopoly, consumer rights protection, value co creation and ecological governance in platform governance in the digital era. It also analyzes the platform from three aspects: platform risk and governance, digital and value co creation, and organizational governance and business model innovation. This forum has strengthened scholars’ thinking on platform governance in the digital era, and further promoted theoretical research and practical exploration in the field of digital and platform governance.
