摘  要:为有效去除杂质、清洁船舶管路,根据船舶系统串油清洗的要求,对串油油柜、油泵、滤器及相应附件的设计与选型进行分析。在此基础之上,结合现场施工的要求提出船舶串油系统的设计方案。研究表明:该方案可缩短系统管路串油时间,提高串油效率,降低造船成本。研究成果可为船舶管路串油系统的设计提供一定参考。In order to effectively remove impurities and clean the ship pipeline, the design and selection of string oil tank, oil pump, filter and corresponding accessories are analyzed according to the requirements of ship system string oil cleaning. On this basis, combined with the requirements of on-site construction, the design scheme of the ship oil string system is proposed. The research shows that this scheme can shorten the transmission time of the system pipeline, improve the efficiency and reduce the shipbuilding cost. The research results can provide some references for the design of the ship pipeline oil string system.
