摘  要:“双碳”目标下,为减少弃风弃光量和传统制氢方法的碳排放,同时提升微电网经济性,对考虑低碳制氢的微电网优化配置进行了研究。通过对制氢过程进行建模,提高经济分析的真实性,结合微电网结构建立考虑低碳制氢的微电网模型,综合考虑微电网配置运行成本、售电/售氢收益以及低碳制氢所带来的节碳收益,建立考虑低碳制氢的微电网优化配置模型,并从系统和设备2个角度提出了衡量配置结果的评价指标。通过分析电、氢设备调度逻辑,提出了一种电氢协调调度策略,采用基于动态时间规整距离的K-means聚类和改进的粒子群优化算法求解得到系统优化配置结果。最后,通过算例仿真验证了制氢装置建模和调度策略的有效性,并分析了售氢价格对优化配置的影响。Under the goal of “double carbon”,in order to reduce the amount of abandoned wind and light and the carbon emission of traditional hydrogen production method,and meanwhile improve the economy of the microgrid,the optimal configuration of microgrid considering low-carbon hydrogen production is studied.By modeling the hydrogen production process,the authenticity of the economic analysis is improved,and the microgrid model considering low-carbon hydrogen production is established in combination with the microgrid structure. Furthermore,the optimal configuration model of microgrid considering low-carbon hydrogen production is built,in which the operating cost of microgrid configuration,electricity selling/hydrogen selling revenue,and carbon saving benefit brought by low-carbon hydrogen production are considered comprehensively. In addition,the evaluation indices to measure the configuration results are proposed from the perspectives of system and equipment. Through analyzing the scheduling logic of electricity and hydrogen equipments,an electricity and hydrogen coordinated scheduling strategy is proposed,and the K-means clustering based on dynamic time warping distance and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to solve the above configuration problem and the optimal configuration results of system are obtained. Finally,the effectiveness of the hydrogen production device modeling and scheduling strategy is verified by numerical example simulation,and the influence of hydrogen selling price on the optimal configuration is analyzed.
