科普图册在婴幼儿外阴阴道炎家长健康教育中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨婴幼儿外阴阴道炎家长健康教育中应用科普图册的效果。方法 选择80例婴幼儿外阴阴道炎患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规宣教,观察组在家长健康教育中应用科普图册。比较两组家长对相关知识认知情况、治疗效果、疾病复发情况、治疗依从性、护理满意度。结果 护理前,两组家长认知情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组家长的基本知识、症状观察、不良卫生习惯、疾病预防4个方面认知评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 婴幼儿外阴阴道炎家长健康教育中应用科普图册,有利于提升家长认知水平及疾病防治能力,能够有效规避疾病复发因素,纠正不良卫生习惯,并能提高患儿治疗效果、治疗依从性以及家长对护理的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of applying popular science atlas in health education for parents of infantile vulvovaginitis. Methods A total of 80 children with vulvovaginitis were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine education, and the observation group used popular science atlas in parents’ health education. The two groups of parents were compared on the cognition of relevant knowledge, treatment effect, disease recurrence, treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction.Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in cognitive status between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing,the cognitive scores of basic knowledge, symptom observation, bad hygiene habits and disease prevention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The treatment compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of popular science atlas in infant vulvovaginitis parents’ health education is conducive to improving parents’ cognitive level and disease prevention ability, effectively avoiding disease recurrence factors, correcting bad hygiene habits, and improving children’s treatment effect, treatment compliance and parents’ satisfaction with nursing.
