强化心理干预在ICU产后大出血患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨强化心理干预在ICU产后大出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选择38例产后大出血患者,按照患者纳入ICU的先后顺序分为对照组18例和观察组20例。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规治疗和护理的基础上强化心理干预。比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑、抑郁评分和护理满意度。结果 护理前,两组负性情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于护理前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 产后大出血患者护理中应用强化心理干预效果较好,可以改善患者负性情绪,提高其对护理的满意度,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the application effect of intensive psychological intervention in nursing care of patients with postpartum massive hemorrhage in ICU. Methods A total of 38 patients with postpartum massive hemorrhage were selected and divided into control group(18 cases) and observation group(20 cases) according to the order of admission to ICU. Control group patients received routine nursing intervention, observation group patients on the basis of routine treatment and nursing intensive psychological intervention. The anxiety and depression scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after care. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in negative emotion score between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, anxiety and depression scores in both groups were lower than before nursing, and observation group was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of intensive psychological intervention in the nursing of postpartum massive hemorrhage patients is better. It can improve patients’ negative emotions and improve their satisfaction with nursing. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
