循证护理在Bakri止血球囊治疗产后出血护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨循证护理在Bakri止血球囊治疗产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法 选择80例产后出血患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者实施循证护理。比较护理后两组月经恢复情况、产后不良状况的发生情况。结果 护理后,观察组患者恶露持续时间、月经周期以及月经恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组产后不良状况发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 循证护理在Bakri止血球囊治疗产后出血护理中的应用效果良好,可缩短患者恶露持续时间、月经恢复时间,降低产后不良状况的发生率,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in Bakri hemostatic balloon treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in control group received routine nursing, and patients in observation group received evidence-based nursing. The recovery of menstruation and the occurrence of postpartum adverse conditions were compared between the two groups after nursing. Results After nursing, lochia duration, menstrual cycle and menstrual recovery time of observation group were shorter than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the incidence of postpartum adverse conditions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of evidencebased nursing in Bakri hemostatic balloon treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is good, can shorten the duration of lochia, menstrual recovery time, reduce the incidence of postpartum adverse conditions, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
