摘　　要：目的 探讨急诊护理流程优化在妇科腹腔内出血患者抢救中的应用效果。方法 选择66例妇科腹腔内出血患者为研究对象,根据入院时间先后分为对照组和研究组,每组33例。对照组采用常规急诊护理流程,研究组采用优化急诊护理流程。对比两组患者抢救时间、住院时间、抢救成功率及并发症发生率。结果 研究组患者抢救时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者抢救成功率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急诊护理流程优化在妇科腹腔内出血患者抢救中的应用效果显著,不仅能缩短患者急诊抢救时间,从而有助于提高其抢救成功率,还能降低其并发症发生率,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of emergency nursing process optimization in the rescue of patients with gynecological intra-abdominal hemorrhage. Methods A total of 66 patients with gynecological intra-abdominal hemorrhage were selected as the research objects, and divided into control group and study group according to the time of admission,33 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine emergency nursing procedures, and the study group adopted optimized emergency nursing procedures. The rescue time, hospital stay, rescue success rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The rescue time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The success rate of rescuing patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of emergency nursing process optimization in the rescue of patients with gynecological intra-abdominal hemorrhage is significant, which can not only shorten the emergency rescue time of patients, thereby helping to improve the success rate of rescue,but also reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
