摘  要:目的:探析微量泵延长管在经皮肾镜碎石取石手术中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年7月-2020年7月于萍乡市第三人民医院行一期经皮肾镜碎石取石手术患者作为对照组(n=25),2020年8月-2021年12月于本院行一期经皮肾镜碎石取石手术患者作为观察组(n=25)。对照组采取注射器注入方式建立人工肾积水,观察组采取微量泵延长管持续注入方式建立人工肾积水。对两组手术相关情况、医护手术配合满意情况、不良事件发生率进行对比分析。结果:观察组手术时间、人工肾积水注水时间均短于对照组,连接管脱出次数少于对照组,医护手术配合满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在经皮肾镜碎石取石手术中使用微量泵延长管效果显著,能明显缩短人工肾积水形成的时间,减少连接管脱出次数,对促进手术时医护配合意义重大,且不会增加不良事件发生率,建议临床推广应用。Objective: To explore the application effect of micro-pump extension tube in percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Method: Patients who underwent primary percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the Third People’s Hospital of Pingxiang City from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the control group(n=25), and patients who underwent primary percutaneous nephrolithotomy in our hospital from August 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group(n=25). In the control group, artificial hydronephrosis was established by syringe injection,while in the observation group, artificial hydronephrosis was established by continuous injection of micro-pump extension tube. The operation-related conditions, the satisfaction degree of medical and nursing cooperation in operation and the incidence of adverse events in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Result: The operation time and artificial hydronephrosis water injection time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the number of connecting tube prolapse was less than that of the control group, and the satisfaction degree of medical and nursing cooperation in operation was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: In percutaneous nephrolithotomy, the effect of using memicro-pump extension tube is remarkable, which can obviously shorten the formation time of artificial hydronephrosis, reduce the number of connecting tube prolapse, and is of great significance to promote the cooperation between doctors and nurses during the operation, and will not increase the incidence of adverse events, it is recommended to be popularized and applied clinically.
