基于温阳补气摄血理论探讨参附注射液防治出血性疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：在现代医学临床中,出血性疾病的发生多集中在心、脑、肺、胃肠等器官,其诊疗在保守治疗阶段以出血后的止血凝血和防治性的抗凝抗栓为主,都是基于单一脏器的对症性治疗,而传统中医药针对出血性疾病的诊疗概念则更加强调整体和多样性,其治疗不单纯于止血,更多是从无形之气到有形之血,而补气调摄之法则是主要的治疗准则。本文基于参附注射液的温阳补气之性和此药在临床广泛便捷的运用,综述参附注射液在出血性疾病方面的诊疗进展,以期在未来中西医结合的诊疗中,更多地将中医药的气血同治、双向调节的治疗理念运用至临床。In modern medicine,the occurrence of hemorrhagic diseases is mostly concentrated in the heart,brain,lung,gastrointestinal organs,etc.The treatment of these diseases is mainly based on hemostasis and coagulation after bleeding and anticoagulation and antithrombosis,which are all symptomatic treatments based on a single organ.Based on the warming properties of Shenfu injection and the widespread and convenient use of this medicine in clinical practice,the therapeutic progress of Shenfu injection in the treatment of bleeding disorders is reviewed,with a view to applying the therapeutic concepts of Qi and Blood together and two-way regulation in Chinese and Western medicine in the future.
