摘 要:为解决PSD传感器量程受限问题,设计了一维PSD传感器量程拼接技术。根据PSD传感器的原理和特性使用两片一维PSD传感器S3932构建拼接模型,通过设计一维PSD传感器量程拼接算法最终实现一维PSD传感器的量程扩展。试验和计算结果表明:通过对两片一维PSD传感器S3932的拼接,光敏面尺寸可由12 mm扩展至优于20 mm,量程提高了66%以上。该技术适合各型号的一维PSD传感器,可有效扩展其量程,为一维PSD传感器应用于大量程测量场合提供了解决方案,对一维PSD传感器的进一步推广应用极具价值,具有良好的经济效益。In order to solve the problem of limited range of PSD sensor,the range splicing technology of one-dimensional PSD sensor is designed in this paper.According to the principle and characteristics of PSD sensor,two pieces of S3932 are used to build a splicing model,and the range expansion of one-dimensional PSD sensor is finally realized by designing a range splicing algorithm of one-dimensional PSD sensor.The test and calculation results show that the size of the photosensitive surface can be expanded from 12 mm to better than 20 mm,and the measuring range can be increased by more than 66%by splicing two S3932 plates.This technology is suitable for all types of one-dimensional PSD sensors and can effectively expand their range.It provides a solution for the application of one-dimensional PSD sensors in large range measurement occasions.It is of great value for the further promotion and application of one-dimensional PSD sensors and has good economic benefits.
