摘　　要：电缆绝缘层结构尺寸测试仪是一款应用于线缆行业检测电缆绝缘层尺寸的图像测量系统,文章对仪器的测量原理、应用误差来源和量值溯源方法进行了研究,为线缆企业产品检测提供科学的计量技术保证。The cable insulation layer structure size tester is an image measurement system applied to the cable industry to detect the cable insulation layer size.This paper studies the measurement principle,error source and quantity traceability method of the instrument,providing scientific measurement technology guarantee for the cable enterprise product detection.
