摘  要:为了研究大范围区域工程控制网的建网方法和整网平差方案,利用IGS站之间重复基线的传递功能,基于东北区域多个高速铁路的框架控制网(CP0)构建区域网,在验证IGS长基线的可靠性后,对该区域控制网进行无约束和约束平差计算。研究表明,利用不同坐标系的起算值,分别整网平差计算得到该区域网所有CP0测点CGCS2000坐标、1980西安坐标和1954北京坐标的成果,与原成果进行比较,坐标较差均在0.005~0.035 m之间;利用同名点的不同坐标系的成果,通过四参数模型求解坐标转换参数,利用该参数计算CP0测点的坐标与已知坐标进行对比以验证转换精度,点位偏差总体在0.01~0.10 m之间。研究结果表明,采用该方法的精度指标均满足高铁测量规范。通过东北区域网求解的转换参数,可服务于项目所在地的用地规划、国土测绘资料的衔接,并为后续开展的其他铁路坐标转换工作提供便利。In order to study the construction method of large-scale regional engineering control network and the whole network adjustment scheme,this paper constructed the frame control network(CP0)of multiple high-speed railways in Northeast China into a regional network by utilizing the transmission function of repeated baseline between IGS stations.After verifying the reliability of IGS long baseline,the unconstrained and constrained adjustment calculations were carried out for the regional control network.Then,the results of CGCS2000 coordinates,1980 Xi’an coordinates and 1954 Beijing coordinates of all CP0 measuring points in the regional network were calculated by using the initial values of different coordinate systems.Compared with the original results,the coordinate difference was in the range of 0.005~0.035 m.Finally,using the results of different coordinate systems of the same point,the coordinate conversion parameters were solved through the four-parameter model.The coordinates of CP0 measuring point were calculated by using coordinate conversion parameters and compared with the known coordinates to verify the conversion accuracy.The results show that,the point position deviation is generally in the range of 0.01~0.10 m.The study proves that the accuracy indexes of the method meet the requirements of high-speed railway measurement specification.The conversion parameters solved through the Northeast regional network can be well served in land use planning of project site and connection work of land surveying and mapping data.Meanwhile,the conversion parameters can provide convenience for other railway coordinate conversion work to a certain extent.
