摘 要:目的分析2018—2020年广州市天河区公共场所公共用品用具微生物监测情况,为加强公共场所卫生管理及防控疾病传播提供依据。方法依据《公共场所卫生检验方法》(GB/T 18204—2013)进行采样和检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果2018—2020年天河区公共场所公共用品用具总体合格率为96.30%。2018、2019和2020年的样品总体合格率分别为93.46%、96.72%和96.74%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.146,P<0.01)。住宿、美容美发和沐浴场所公共用品用具的合格率分别为97.24%、91.24%和98.13%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=94.666,P<0.01)。微生物指标中细菌总数、大肠菌群和金黄色葡萄球菌的合格率分别为96.66%、99.89%和100.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=388.94,P<0.01),其中杯具、棉织品和美容美发工具的细菌总数合格率分别为96.07%、96.27%和90.36%,差异有统计学意义(Fisher精确检验,P=0.010)。结论2018—2020年广州市天河区公共场所公共用品用具整体卫生状况较好,细菌总数超标是影响该地区公共用品用具合格率的主要原因,有关部门应当加大卫生监督力度,加强相关技术培训指导,做好公共场所卫生健康知识宣传。Objective To analyze the microbiological tests of public facilities in public places in Tianhe District of Guangzhou from 2018 to 2020 with the purpose of providing evidence for the improvement of hygiene management in public places,and for the prevention and control of disease transmission.Methods Samples were collected and tested according to the Examination Methods for Public Places(GB/T 18204—2013),and statistical analysis was used to analyze the results.Results The overall qualified rate of public facilities in Tianhe District is 96.30%from 2018 to 2020.The overall qualified rates of the samples of 2018,2019 and 2020 are 93.46%,96.72%and 96.74%respectively,and the differences are statistically significant(χ^(2)=21.146,P<0.001).The qualified rates of public facilities in accommodation providers,beauty salons and bathing centers are 97.24%,91.24%and 98.13%respectively,and the differences are statistically significant(χ^(2)=94.666,P<0.001).The qualified rates of the total number of bacteria,coliforms and Staphylococcus aureus are 96.66%,99.89%and 100.00%respectively,and the differences are statistically significant(χ^(2)=388.94,P<0.001).In particular,the qualified rates of the total number of bacteria in cups,cotton fabrics and hairdressing tools are 96.07%,96.27%and 90.36%respectively,and the differences are statistically significant(Fisher′s exact test,P=0.010).Conclusions From 2018 to 2020,the overall sanitary condition of public facilities in public areas of Tianhe District is satisfactory.However,the total number of bacteria is not up to standard,which is the main reason that reduces the qualified rate.Therefore,competent departments should increase their supervision,provide relevant technical training and guidance,and made knowledge of public hygiene widely available.
