摘 要:目的了解2011—2020年沧州市人间布鲁菌病(布病)的流行情况,为本市人间布病疫情防控工作和制定防治措施提供理论依据。方法从《中国疾病预防控制信息管理系统》收集2011—2020年沧州市布病的疫情资料,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果2011—2020年沧州市共报告布病病例2625例,发病趋势较为平缓,年平均发病率为3.43/10万,不同年份布病发病率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=83.379,P<0.05);布病发病主要集中在3—8月,占发病总数的67.51%;沧县、南皮、青县等地布病发病率较高;发病率男性高于女性,男女性别比为2.72∶1;30~<70岁年龄组布病高发,占总病例数的83.73%;布病病例中农民最多,占总病例数的88.61%。结论2011—2020年沧州市布病发病率维持在历史较高水平,发病地区分布和职业特征明显,应进一步对重点地区和重点人群采取针对性措施,降低全市人群布病的发病率。Objective To provide theoretical basis for preventions&controls of human brucellosis in Cangzhou and formulation of prevention&control measures by understanding the epidemic situation of the disease in the city from 2011 to 2020.Methods The epidemic data of brucellosis in Cangzhou from 2011 to 2020 were collected from China Disease Prevention and Control Information management System,and the descriptive epidemiological method was applied for analysis.Results A total of 2625 brucellosis cases were reported in Cangzhou from 2011 to 2020,the incidence trend with average annual incidence rate of 3.43/100000 was relatively gentle,and difference in the incidence rate of brucellosis in varying years was statistically significant(χ^(2)=83.379,P<0.05)and onset of the disease mainly concentrated from March to August,accounting for 67.51%of the total number of onset cases.The incidence rate of brucellosis in Cangxian County,Nanpi County and Qingxian County was higher than that in other places of Cangzhou.The incidence rate in males was higher than that in females,and the male-to-female ratio was 2.72∶1.The incidence of brucellosis was significantly elevated in 30~<70 years old group,accounting for 83.73%of the total cases.Furthermore,the farmers occupied the largest number of onset cases of brucellosis,accounting for 88.61%of total onset cases.Conclusion The incidence rate of brucellosis in Cangzhou maintained at a historical high level from 2011 to 2020,andobvious regional distribution and occupational characteristics are found,hence further targeted measures should be taken for key areas and groups to lower the incidence rate of brucellosis in the whole city.
