数字金融助力我国制造业企业出口的动态机制与对策研究

摘　　要：价值链面临“低端锁定”一直是阻碍我国制造业企业出口进一步发展的关键问题,而数字金融的出现创造性地提供了解决这一问题的新思路。本文在分析数字金融助力制造业企业出口发展现状的基础上,从初始积累阶段、快速发展阶段、层级跃升阶段和高水平发展阶段深入分析数字金融助力我国制造业企业出口的动态机制。为推动数字金融更好地助力制造业企业出口,应完善征信体系建设,提升出口融资效能;推动基础设施建设,惠及欠发达地区企业出口;提升资金供给效率,推动供需对接与适配;加强安全性监管,保障企业出口安全。以此为我国制造业企业出口贸易提供新的增长动力,为新形势下我国实现高水平对外开放打下更为坚实的基础。The “low-end lock-in” of value chain has been the key problem hindering the further export development of China’s manufacturing enterprises, and the emergence of digital finance provides a new idea to solve this problem creatively. Based on the analysis of the development stage and present situation, this paper deeply analyzes the specific mechanism of digital finance assisting the export of manufacturing enterprises in China from the initial accumulation stage, the rapid development stage, the hierarchical jump stage and the high-level development stage. In order to promote digital finance to better assist the export of manufacturing enterprises, it is necessary to improve the construction of the credit reporting system and improve the efficiency of export financing;promote the construction of infrastructure to benefit the export of enterprises in underdeveloped areas;improve the efficiency of capital supply and promote the connection and adaptation of supply and demand;strengthen safety supervision to ensure the export safety of enterprises.The above comtermeasures will provide new growth impetus for the export trade of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, and lay a more solid foundation for China to achieve a high level of opening up under the new situation.
