摘　　要：目的:探讨活血化瘀汤加味治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年3月衡水市中医医院脾胃病科收治的CAG患者120例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予活血化瘀汤加味治疗。比较两组患者临床效果、血液流变学指标及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血浆黏度、全血黏度、红细胞沉降率均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀汤加味治疗CAG效果显著,可有效提高临床效果,改善血液流变学指标,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction Jiawei on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods:A total of 120 CAG patients admitted to the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases of Hengshui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Huayu Decoction Jiawei.The clinical effects,hemorheological indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in 2 groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Huayu Decoction Jiawei has significant effect in the treatment of CAG,which can effectively improve clinical effect,improve hemorheology indexes and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
