摘　　要：目的:分析连续性血液净化专职护理小组在血液净化中心的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年7月江苏省东台市人民医院血液净化中心收治的多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者50例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予连续性血液净化专职护理小组护理,比较两组患者临床指标[多器官功能障碍评分(Marshall)、电解质水平(K^(+))、血尿素氮(BUN)、二氧化碳结合力(CO_(2)CP)、血肌酐(SCr)、N末端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)]、护理满意度。结果:观察组Marshall评分、K^(+)、BUN、CO_(2)CP、SCr、NT-proBN水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:连续性血液净化专职护理小组在血液净化中心的应用效果显著,可明显改善患者器官功能及临床指标,提高患者护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous blood purification professional nursing group in blood purification center.Methods:Fifty patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)admitted to the Blood Purification Center of Dongtai People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given continuous blood purification full-time nursing group nursing.Clinical indicators[multiple organ dysfunction score(Marshall),electrolyte level(K^(+)),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),carbon dioxide binding force(CO_(2)CP),blood creatinine(SCr),N-terminal forebrain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)],nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Marshall score,K^(+),BUN,CO_(2)CP,SCr and NT-proBN levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous blood purification professional nursing group in the blood purification center application effect is remarkable,can significantly improve patients'organ function and clinical indicators,improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
