摘 要:新媒体作为一种技术赋权下的文化商品与文化载体,已经成为现代文化消费的重要形式,塑造和影响了年轻一代的社会化过程。在对“00后”流动青少年文化消费现状开展调查后发现,流动青少年的文化消费呈现科技和网络依赖,但教育发展型文化消费水平较低;新媒体逐渐成为流动青少年文化资本培育的重要途径;家长对子女使用新媒体缺乏有效的教育与引导。可以创设文化消费公共机制,通过公共服务支持与公益赋权,以加强家庭教育指导、增进原生家庭文化资本、家校社协同共育、公共文化数字化阵地建设等策略,促进流动青少年在教育发展型文化消费、主体文化资本与高雅文化素养等方面的提升。As a kind of cultural commodity and cultural carrier under the empowerment of technology,new media has become an important form of modern cultural consumption,shaping and influencing the socialization process of the young generation.After the investigation,it is found that the cultural consumption of teenage immigration is dependent on science and technology and network,but the level of educational development cultural consumption is low.New media has gradually become an important way to cultivate the cultural capital of the youth,and parents lack effective education and guidance on their children.So,we can create cultural consumption common mechanism,through the public service support and community empowerment,to strengthen family education guidance,to promote the native family cultural capital,and the home-school-social co-education,with the strategy of public culture digital front construction.In the future,the teenage immigration are promoted for the education in development-oriented cultural consumption,cultural capital and elegant cultural quality,etc.
