乡村文化振兴的内在逻辑与提升路径——基于“青田范式”的现实经验

摘　　要：乡村振兴在区域、本土发展上的不平衡十分突出,尤其是在文化内核和地方特色的挖掘上明显匮乏,成为制约乡村振兴的突出短板。在乡村文化共同体之中,传统的文化底蕴、村落布局、民风民俗,都凝聚成乡土乡亲独一无二的精神内核和后盾力量。广东杏坛青田村的“青田范式”,就是注重挖掘本乡本土的独特的精神内核和传统,通过乡村营造、社会策划、乡村治理三种方式,凝聚文化振兴的路径,挖掘乡村文化振兴的正确的价值引领,并契合社会治理所倡导的“共建、共治、共享”的发展取向,推动我国乡村实现文化自信和乡村振兴。The imbalance of rural revitalization in regional and local development is very prominent,especially in the excavation of cultural core and local characteristics,which has become a prominent weakness restricting rural revitalization.However,in such a cultural community as the village,the traditional cultural heritage,village layout,folk customs and customs are all condensed into the unique spiritual core and backing force of the local people.Taking the“Qingtian Paradigm”of Qingtian Village in Xingtan,Guangdong,as an example,is an interpretation and analysis of the practical experience of the“Qingtian Paradigm”,and also an exploration and reflection on the road to the revitalization and development of rural culture.This paper proposes three ways of rural construction,social planning,and rural governance to condense multiple analysis paths of cultural revitalization,and to explore the correct value guidance,clear content goals,and efficient methods and measures of rural cultural revitalization,so as to better clarify the internal logic of the current road of rural cultural revitalization and conform to the future development orientation of“co construction,co governance,and sharing”advocated by social governance,We will promote more cultural confidence in the commonness of our rural areas.
