摘 要:介绍了一种在铁心心柱截面不变的情况下,采用增加上、下铁轭截面的异形铁轭结构,降低铁轭中磁通密度和损耗,从而降低空载损耗的新方法。并以两台实际工程中的变压器为模型,对空载损耗采用三维仿真分析,并将仿真值与设计值和空载试验值进行对比,结果表明,采用异形铁轭结构,可有效降低铁心损耗,满足了新能效产品实际工程的需要。This paper introduces a new method of reducing the magnetic flux density and loss in the iron yoke by increasing the cross-section of the upper and lower iron yokes under the condition that the cross-section of the core column is unchanged,so as to reduce the no-load loss.Taking two transformers in practical engineering as models,the no-load loss is analyzed by three-dimensional simulation,and the simulation value is compared with the design value and the no-load test value.The results show that the special-shaped iron yoke structure can effectively reduce the core loss and meet the needs of practical engineering of new energy-efficient products.
