摘　　要：本文以移相变压器为核心,并集成相应的开关、测量及控制保护装置等设备,提出一种基于移相变压器的配电网合环转供方案。首先,分析了合环转供关键制约因素;其次,在论述移相变压器移相调压机理的基础上,对移相变压器的结构和调节控制策略分别进行了改进分析;然后基于改进移相变压器形成了该成套装置的设备配置方案及合环转供操作方法;最后针对实际案例开展了基于PSCAD的电磁暂态仿真,验证了成套装置解决配电网合环转供的可行性。This paper proposes a loop closing transfer scheme for distribution network based on phase shifting transformer as the core and integrates the corresponding switching,measuring and control protection devices and other equipment.Firstly,the key restrictive factors of loop-closing operation are analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of discussing the mechanism of phase shifting transformer phase shifting voltage regulation,the structure of phase shifting transformer and regulation control strategy are improved and analyzed respectively.Then the equipment configuration scheme of the complete set and the operation method of the loop closing transfer are formed based on the improved phase shifting transformer.Finally,carrying out the electromagnetic transient simulation with PSCAD based on the actual case,verified the feasibility of the equipment to solving loop closing transfer of distribution network.
