摘 要:目的将BOPPPS教学模式运用于儿童消化系统疾病临床教学中,剖析BOPPPS教学模式在儿科医学临床教学中的运用实践效果。方法将2020年10月—2021年11月消化科住培医学生的临床小讲课教学环节中按批次分别使用传统教学法和BOPPPS教学法,并将两组学生的教学效果通过访问和考核发的结果分别进行比较。结果通过访问学生学习情况及考核调查结果显示,使用BOPPPS教学法组兴趣度及考核正确率明显高于传统教学法组,考核正确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BOPPPS教学模式运用在儿童消化系统疾病临床教学中可以提升学生学习兴趣,在临床教学其他环节中可借鉴。Objective The BOPPPS teaching model is applied in the clinical teaching of children’s digestive system diseases,and the practical effect of the application of BOPPPS teaching model in the clinical teaching of pediatric medicine is analyzed.Methods From October 2020 to November 2021,the traditional teaching method and BOPPPS teaching method were used in the clinical teaching of medical students in department of gastroenterology,and the teaching effects of the two groups of students were compared through the interview and assessment results.Results According to the interview of students’learning and assessment survey results,the interestingness rate and assessment accuracy rate of the BOPPPS teaching method group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching method group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is discussed that the application of BOPPPS teaching mode in clinical teaching of children digestive system diseases can enhance students’learning interest and can be popularized and used for reference in other aspects of clinical teaching.
