摘 要:立德树人,思政先行。在医学院校开展课程思政既是立德树人的根本要求,也是临床医学教育的内在需要。首先从理论上厘清临床医学课程思政新内涵,将其与新时代人才培养所要求的“知识、能力、价值观”等理念有机结合起来,将有助于临床医学思政教育由思政课程向课程思政转变;同时,将“知识、能力、价值观”等思政理念融入鲜活的临床案例中,可有效实现临床医学课程思政。以案例为载体的临床医学课程思政的具体实施过程中,选择一门可以根据研究需要进行设计及实施的课程,制定课程思政教学大纲,然后选择适合案例教学的章节筛选出典型案例,结合每一具体案例,针对性地融入思政教育三要素,开展临床医学课程思政教育,在进一步完善案例教学考核、评价体系的基础上构建课程思政体系。The moral education is a fundamental task of education. It is not only the basic requirement of developing curriculum ideology in medical colleges, but also the internal need of clinical medical education. To clarify the new connotation of clinical medicine curriculum ideology in theory and combine it with the concept of "knowledge,ability and value" required by talent training in the new era is helpful to change medical ideological and political education from ideological and political curriculum to curriculum ideology. At the same time, the ideological and political concept of "knowledge, ability and value" can be effectively realized in clinical medical courses by integrating them into fresh clinical cases. As for the practice of the research, a voluntary curriculum is a good candidate which can be designed flexibly. Based on the ideological syllabus, screen out the typical cases targeted into the ideological education three elements. On the basis of further improving the case teaching assessment and evaluation system, the course ideological and political style system is constructed.
