摘　　要：国家建设“双一流”大学,需要汇聚一流人才,获得一流成果,其中最重要的是研究生教育。以往国内医学研究生培养过程中采用传统的教育模式,导致学生在科研过程中缺乏发现和解决科学问题的主动性,科研创新思维能力不足。因此,只有提升医学研究生的科研素养,才能促进国家医学创新型人才的培养。科研素养是科研工作者应具备的基本素质,包括学术道德素养、科研理论素养和科研能力素养3个方面。文章从学校、导师和研究生三个层面来探讨医学研究生科研道德素养,基本理论素养和科研能力的培养策略,只有培养医学研究生养成良好的学术道德和严谨的科研态度,获得系统的理论知识和坚定的科研自信,形成扎实的科研能力和积极创新的科研态度,这样才能最终提高医学研究生的创新能力。The goal of the"double first-class"construction is to cultivate innovative talents with the first-class level and to get the first-class achievement in scientific research activities,and the key of the"double first-class"construction is the education of graduate students.The traditional education model used in the training of medical graduate students in China results in that the students are lack of initiative to discover and solve scientific problems and innovative ability in the process of scientific research.Therefore,only by improving the scientific research literacy of medical graduate students can we promote the cultivation of national medical innovative talents.Scientific research literacy is the basic quality that scientific researchers should have,including three aspects:academic moral literacy,scientific theoretical literacy,and scientific research ability.Based on the different aspects of college,tutor and graduate student,this article elaborates the training strategies for scientific moral quality,specialty knowledge attainment and research capacity.The innovative ability of medical graduate students only can been improved by cultivating medical graduate students to develop good academic ethics and rigorous scientific research attitude,to obtain systematic theoretical knowledge and firm scientific research confidence,and to form solid scientific research ability and positive innovative scientific research attitude.
