芪骨胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠注射液治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究芪骨胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠注射液治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)的临床效果。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年7月于南昌市洪都中医院就诊的210例PMOP患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组(芪骨胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠注射液)、对照组1(单用芪骨胶囊)、对照组2(单用伊班膦酸钠注射液),每组70例。比较三组患者治疗前和治疗3、12个月的中医症候积分、腰椎正位骨密度、股骨颈骨密度、25-羟基维生素D3[25(OH)D3]水平,并比较患者治疗期间不良反应情况。结果:治疗3、12个月,三组腰椎正位骨密度、股骨颈骨密度、25(OH)D3水平高于治疗前,呈升高趋势,且试验组均高于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.05)。治疗3、12个月,三组中医症候积分均低于治疗前,呈降低趋势,且试验组均低于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.05)。三组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芪骨胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠注射液可减轻PMOP中医症状,改善患者的骨密度和骨代谢指标,安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Qigu Capsules combined with Sodium Ibandronate Injection in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Method:A total of 210 PMOP patients who were treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to July 2021 were selected,they were divided into experimental group(Qigu Capsules combined with Sodium Ibandronate Injection),control group 1(single Qigu Capsules treatment)and control group 2 group(single Sodium Ibandronate Injection treatment)by random number table method,70 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,lumbar orthotropic bone mineral density,femoral neck bone mineral density and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25(OH)D3]levels of the three groups were compared before treatment and 3 and 12 months after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared during treatment.Result:After 3 and 12 months of treatment,lumbar orthostatic bone mineral density,femoral neck bone mineral density and 25(OH)D3 levels in three groups were higher than those before treatment,showed a increasing trend,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).After 3 and 12 months of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,showed a decreasing trend,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qigu Capsules combined with Sodium Ibandronate Injection can relieve the symptoms of PMOP in traditional Chinese medicine and improve the bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes of patients with high safety.
