摘　　要：目的:探讨不停泵密闭式双向回血法在血液透析动静脉内瘘患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年6月景德镇市第三人民医收治的100例透析患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组患者均能规律完成维持性血液透析,使用动静脉内瘘为血管通路。观察组采用不停泵密闭式双向回血法,对照组采用常规密闭式回血法。比较两组操作时间及回血总时间、生理盐水用量、凝血分级情况、回血前后心率及动脉压。结果:观察组操作时间、回血总时间均短于对照组,生理盐水用量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。回血前两组心率、动脉压比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组回血前后心率、动脉压与回血前比较均无明显变化,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但对照组回血后心率、动脉压均轻微高于回血前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组回血后心率和动脉压比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组凝血分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不停泵密闭式双向回血法在血液透析动静脉内瘘患者中应用优于常规密闭式回血法,可以有效减少操作时间及生理盐水使用量,并降低患者透析回血前后心率及动脉压波动,可应用于临床。Objective:To investigate the application value of non-stop pump sealed bidirectional blood return method in hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula.Method:A total of 100 dialysis patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were able to regularly complete maintenance hemodialysis,used arteriovenous fistula as vascular access.The observation group was treated with non-stop pump sealed bidirectional blood return method,while the control group was treated with conventional closed blood return method.The operation time and total blood return time,normal saline dosage,coagulation grade,and heart rate and blood pressure before and after blood return were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and total blood return time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the normal saline dosage of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups before blood return(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the observation group before and after blood return(P>0.05).However,the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the control group after blood return were higher than those before blood return,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in heart rate and mean arterial pressure after blood return between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in coagulation grade between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula,the application of non-stop pump sealed bidirectional blood return method is superior to the conventional closed blood ret
