摘  要:建筑外窗的热工性能对建筑能耗具有重要且复杂的影响,本文围绕自适应围护结构概念,以广州地区高层办公建筑为研究对象,通过EnergyPlus耦合Python批量数值模拟的方法,分析总结了变传热系数(U值)、变太阳得热系数(SHGC)与可见光透射比(τv值)外窗的自适应策略,并研究了其节能效果。结果表明,变U值外窗节能率较低,节能空间小,且由于变U值技术实现难度高,目前广州地区外窗U值没有变化必要性。总的来看,变SHGC/τv值外窗对建筑的照明能耗影响较大。广州地区高层办公建筑外窗的最佳SHGC/τv值是满足照明能耗最低的最小τv值,实现最低照明能耗基础上的最少太阳辐射得热。变SHGC/τv值外窗在各朝向均有明显节能效果,节能率均在10%以上。Thermal performance of windows has an important and complex impact on building energy consumption.In this paper,around the concept of the adaptive facade,the high-rise office buildings in Guangzhou were taken as the research object.The adaptive strategies of U-values,SHGC,and visible transmittance(τv)were summarized by combining the method of batch numerical simulation with Python and EnergyPlus,and the energy-saving performance of each strategy was studied.The results show that the energy-saving rate of the U-value adaptive strategy is low.Because of the difficulty of technical implementation,there is no need to change the U value in Guangzhou at present.Generally,the window with variable SHGC/τvhas a greater impact on the energy consumption of lighting than cooling.The optimal SHGC/τvvalue for windows of high-rise office buildings in Guangzhou is the minimumτvto meet the lowest lighting and to achieve the minimum solar heat gain.The energy-saving performance of the window with variable SHGC/τvis effective in each orientation,and the energy-saving rate is above 10%.
