摘  要:随着电力体制改革,厂网结构分开,发电侧独立性和自由性大大增加。目前在“双碳”目标及新型电力系统战略下,电网正在从原有单向输送型网络向供需双向互动的有源网络过渡,更安全、更智能、更高效成为电网发展面临的挑战。为进一步加强电网与机组运行的协调控制和管理,基于多Agent协作体系结构研究并设计了涉网保护定值智能校核系统。该系统利用代理的智能化与自发性的特点,实时采集电厂数据及运行方式,通过对数据变化的监测与分析启动定值校核功能。采用后备保护校核和发变组定值与励磁系统校核计算双线程同时处理的方式提高校核速度。实际运行表明,系统能够大幅度提升涉网定值校核的计算速度,提高电网涉网定值管理工作的工作效率和配合计算的准确性,进一步保证了电网安全稳定有序运行,为继电保护专责校核涉网定值提供辅助决策,具有较高的实用价值。With the reform of power system and the separation of network structure, the independence and freedom of the power generation are greatly increasing. In order to further strengthen the coordinated control and management of power grid and power plants, this paper studies and designs the intelligent checking system of Grid-related Protection Setting based on the multi-Agent cooperation architecture. The system takes advantage of the intelligence and spontaneity of the agent to gather data and operation mode of power plant in real time, and starts the setting value verification functions through monitoring and analyzing the changes in data. By using dualthreading which are backup protection check calculation, generator-transformer calculation and excitation system checking simultaneously,checking speed is greatly improved. The practical application shows that the system which has fast calculation speed can meet the needs of online operation and it can provide the auxiliary decision for the relay protection staff, has high practical value.
