摘　　要：目的观察次氯酸手消毒剂杀灭微生物的效果及其安全性。方法采用三室电解+酸碱耦合技术制备含有效氯为120 mg/L且pH值5.5~6.5的次氯酸手消毒剂,采用悬液定量杀菌试验、悬液定量病毒灭活试验和30人次手消毒的现场试验计算杀灭对数值,通过雌性日本大耳白兔一次完整/破损皮肤刺激试验和急性眼刺激试验完成刺激反应分级。结果用该手消毒剂原液作用≤1 min时,对悬液内大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌的平均杀灭对数值>4.00;对脊髓灰质炎病毒和肠道病毒71型平均杀灭对数值>4.00。该手消毒剂原液对完整皮肤、破损皮肤均无刺激性,急性眼刺激强度为无刺激。结论该次氯酸手消毒剂对细菌繁殖体、真菌和肠道病毒均具有杀灭效果,属实际无毒级物质,对皮肤、黏膜无刺激。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of hypochlorous acid-based hand disinfectant against microorganisms.Methods The hypochlorite acid-based hand disinfectant which containing 120 mg/L effective chlorine and with its pH between 5.5-6.5 was produced by PEW technology.Suspension quantitative bactericidal test,suspension quantitative virus inactivation test and total of 30 cases of hand disinfection field test were taken and detected to calculate the killing logarithm value.The female Japanese White rabbits(JW)by a complete/broken skin irritation test and an acute eye irritation test were used to classify irritation grade.Results When the hand disinfectant solution was used for less than 1 min,the average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the suspension were>5.00,the average examination logarithm values of Candida albicans was>4.00,the average examination logarithm values of poliovirus(PV)&EV71 was>4.00.And the hand disinfectant solution had no irritation to skin or broken skin,and no irritation to eyes.Conclusion This hypochlorous acid-based hand disinfectant has good killing effective to bacterial propagules,fungi and enteroviruses.It is non-toxic and no irritation to skin and mucous membrane.
