摘　　要：目的了解医院重症监护病房(ICU)肺炎克雷伯菌的感染及其耐药性状况,为加强防控措施提供参考。方法通过回顾性调查方法,对徐州市某三甲医院ICU 2018—2020年确诊肺炎克雷伯菌感染患者肺炎克雷伯菌感染及其耐药情况进行调查与分析。结果本次调查共收集到肺炎克雷伯菌366株,2018—2020年肺炎克雷伯菌各年度检出率分别为9.1%、15.6%和22.6%。临床分离的肺炎克雷伯菌对碳青霉烯类、喹诺酮类及氨基糖苷类的药物耐药率均超过10%,对第三代头孢菌素的耐药率超过70%,对美罗培南、多尼培南、头孢替坦、环丙沙星、阿米卡星和硫酸妥布霉素注射液等的耐药率呈增长趋势。结论该医院ICU住院患者肺炎克雷伯菌感染率呈上升趋势,且耐药率也呈现增加趋势。Objective To understand the infection and drug sensitivity of Klebsiella pneumoniae in ICU,so as to provide reference to strengthen prevention and control.Methods Retrospective investigation was used to survey and analyze the infection and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae in ICU patients.Results 366 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae were collected.The detection rates in 2018,2019 and 2020 were 9.1%,15.6%and 22.6%respectively.The resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae strains to carbapenems,quinolones and aminoglycosides increased by more than 10%,and the resistance rate to third-generation cephalosporins exceeded 70%.The resistance rates to meropenem,donipenem,cefotetan,ciprofloxacin,amikacin and tobramycin sulfate injection showed an increasing trend.Conclusion The infection rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae in the hospital shows an upward trend,and the resistance rate shows an increasing trend.
