医院保洁员环境表面消毒知信行现状调查

摘　　要：目的调查医院保洁人员环境表面消毒知识、态度和行为现状。方法自行设计问卷,选取河北某三级甲等医院的81名医院保洁员进行面对面问卷调查。结果保洁员消毒知识问卷总得分率为80.1%,知识掌握情况良好。年龄小、性别为女性、工作年限长的保洁员消毒知识掌握更好。保洁员工作态度部分总得分率为95.4%,工作态度较端正。但只有9.9%的保洁员能够在工作中完全按照规定进行消毒。结论保洁员消毒知识总体掌握情况与工作态度较好,但消毒行为依从性差,需加强督导检查,规范其消毒行为。Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude,behavior of environmental surface cleaning and disinfection of cleaners in the hospital.Method Self-designed questionnaire was used to face to face survey the 81 cleaners which chose from Hebei General hospital.Result The total scoring rate of the cleaners’disinfection knowledge was 80.1%,the command of disinfection knowledge was satisfactory.The survey revealed that cleaners who are younger,female and whose length of service were longer than others had better grasp of disinfection knowledge.The total scoring rate of the cleaners’job attitude was 95.4%,cleaners had a positive attitude towards work.However,only 9.9 percent of the cleaners completely abided by the disinfection system.Conclusion The cleaners’disinfection knowledge and working attitude were satisfactory,however their disinfection behavior was poor,so that relevant departments should strengthen supervision and inspection to standardize their disinfection behavior.
