摘  要:随着电子信息技术的快速更新,电子器件逐渐向智能化、集成化和微型化发展。设备在运行的过程中产生大量的热,使设备的稳定性下降,同时缩短了设备的使用寿命,因此,要求电子元器件具有更佳的导热散热性能。采用空间限域强制组装方法制备了PDMS/SCF/BN-无纺布筛网导热绝缘复合材料,在添加PDMS/SCF/BN配料的基础上,加入无纺布筛网,达到绝缘效果,同时提高了导热填料的局部浓度,使网络更加紧密。当无纺布筛网目数为600目、SCF含量为15%、BN含量分别为5%、10%和15%时,复合材料的面内热导率分别8.17、8.66和8.67 W/(m·K),与相同厚度的无无纺布筛网的复合材料相比,热导率有所降低,但是加入无纺布筛网可以更好地调节导电性能,实现表面绝缘。当无纺布筛网目数为1000目时,表面电阻率大于1×10^(11)Ω,与未添加无纺布筛网时相比,表面电阻率提高了10个数量级,达到绝缘材料标准。With the rapid development of electronic information technology,electronic device gradually to intelligent development,integration and miniaturization,at this point in the process of the equipment operation would produce a lot of heat,which would cause serious influence to the stability of the equipment,at the same time would shorten the service life of equipment,it was to the electronic components of the heat conduction heat dissipation ability put forward higher requirements.PDMS/SCF/BN-Bolting Cloth thermal insulation composite materials were prepared by space limited forced assembly method,in PDMS/SCF/BN ingredients on the basis of adding Bolting Cloth,to achieve insulation effect,but also could improve the local concentration of thermal filler,make the network more dense,When the mesh number was 600 mesh,SCF content was 15%,BN content was 5%,10%and 15%,the in-plane thermal conductivity of the composite was 8.17 W/(m·K),8.66 W/(m·K)and 8.67 W/(m·K),respectively.Although the thermal conductivity of the composite was lower than that of the composite without mesh under the same thickness,the addition of mesh could adjust the electrical conductivity and achieve surface insulation.When the mesh number of the Bolting Cloth was 1000,the surface resistivity was more than 1×10^(11)Ω,which was 10 orders of magnitude higher than that without the Bolting Cloth,reaching the standard of insulating materials.
