摘 要:将改性无水磷石膏(PG)与聚氯乙烯(PVC)熔融共混制备PVC/PG复合材料,并研究了PG对PVC/PG材料的热稳定性(TS)、力学性能及其熔体流动速率(MFR)的影响。结果表明,PG对PVC的TS的影响较小,但对其力学性能及MFR具有明显的改善效果。其中,PVC/PG(5%)表现出优异的综合性能,断裂伸长率由39.1%增大至87.40%,拉伸强度保持率高达88.42%,与PU相比,MFR较高,有利于PVC的加工和应用。The modified anhydrous phosphogypsum(PG)and polyvinyl chloride(PVC)were melt blended to prepare PVC/PG composite,and the influences of PG on the thermal stability(TS),mechanical properties and melt flow rate(MFR)of PVC/PG materials were explored.The results showed that PG basically had no effect on the TS of PVC,but had a significant improvement effect on the mechanical properties and MFR.Among them,PVC/PG(5%)exhibited excellent comprehensive properties,the elongation at break increased from 39.1%to 87.40%,the retention rate of tensile strength was as high as 88.42%,and the MFR was also higher than that of PVC,which was conducive to the processing and application of PVC.
