摘  要:采用熔融沉积(FDM)法3D打印木粉(WF)/聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料,为了进一步提高打印样品的性能,采用丙烯酸类树脂(ACR)作为改性剂,研究了ACR改性对复合材料相关性能的影响。结果表明,采用ACR改性,降低了WF/PLA复合材料的流动性,但仍能满足3D打印的工艺要求;随着ACR含量的增加,去离子水在复合材料表面的接触角先逐渐增大后逐渐降低,当ACR含量为PLA质量的5%时,接触角最大,其值为73.1°;玻璃化转变温度逐渐升高,但是,当ACR含量大于PLA质量的5%后,玻璃化转变温度增加幅度相当微小。采用5%ACR改性后,复合材料的拉伸强度有小幅增大,断裂伸长率和冲击强度均显著提高,分别增大了46.42%和17.53%;另外,ACR改性提高了FDM-3D打印WF/PLA复合材料的热稳定性能,降低了其吸水性,其在30℃时的储能模量由改性前的3031.61 MPa提高到3877.39 MPa。Wood flour(WF)/poly(lactic acid)(PLA)composite were prepared by fused deposition molding(FDM)3 D printing technology.In order to improve the properties of 3 D printed composite,acrylicester resin(ACR)was used as a modifier,the effects of ACR addition on the properties of WF/PLA composites were investigated.The results indicated that,the melt flow rate(MFR)of the specimens were decreased after addition of ACR while it was still suitable for FDM 3 D printing technology.With the increase of the dosage of ACR,the contact angle of deionized water on the surface of the composite was increased first then decreased,the contact angle reached the greatest one of 73.1°when the dosage of ACR was 5%that of PLA,the glassy transition temperature was increased gradually,while the increase was quite minor when the dosage of ACR was greater than 5%that of PLA.After modification by 5%ACR,the tensile strength of WF/PLA composite was increased slightly,while its elongation at break and impact strength were increased obviously by 46.42%and 17.53%respectively.Besides these,the thermal stability of the composite was also improved and its water absorption reduced,its storage modulus at 30℃was increased form 3031.61 MPa to 3877.39 MPa.
