摘 要:PPTC材料具有在很窄温度范围内电阻激增的特性,由于这种特性在集成电路、温控元件等方面具有广泛的应用。为了减小PPTC材料的初始电阻,增大了碳黑的填充量,这导致NTC效应增加,使PPTC材料在应用上受到限制。通过采用熔融共混的方法,制备了高密度聚乙烯/碳黑/有机蒙脱土复合材料,研究了不同份数的有机蒙脱土对聚乙烯/碳黑复合材料负温度效应的影响。研究结果表明,随蒙脱土的份数增加,HDPE的结晶度下降,导致PTC强度由3.01下降至2.8,NTC强度由0.041下降至0.0021,有效地抑制了NTC效应。通过扫描电镜观察蒙脱土附着在CB表面的形貌,改善了碳黑间的团聚,从而抑制NTC效应。XRD测试结果表明,HDPE的晶型未发生变化。PPTC materials had the property of surge resistance in a very narrow temperature range,and due to this property,they had a wide range of applications in integrated circuits,temperature control components,etc.In order to make the initial resistance of PPTC materials smaller,usually,the filling amount of carbon black was increased,which would lead to an increase in NTC effect,resulting in a limitation in applications.HDPE/CB/MMT composite were prepared by using a melt blending method,and the effect of different content of MMT on the negative temperature effect of HDPE/CB composites was investigated.The results showed that the crystallinity of HDPE decreased with the increase of MMT,resulting in the decrease of PTC strength from 3.01 to 2.8 and NTC strength from 0.041 to 2.1×10-3,which effectively suppressed the NTC effect.The adherence of MMT to the CB surface was observed by scanning electron microscopy,which improved the agglomeration among carbon blacks and thus suppressed the NTC effect.The crystalline shape of HDPE was basically unchanged as shown by XRD test.
