摘 要:针对炼钢厂因生产订单钢种规格不同、生产路径不同而导致的生产效率不高、工序作业时间不匹配等问题,从产品结构的角度研究了不同生产运行模式下合理的生产作业计划。运用Plant Simulation仿真模拟软件构建了可以复现炼钢厂实际生产状况的多工序运行仿真物理模型,分析了炼钢厂产能最大生产运行模式下的合理钢种生产比例,应用运行仿真物理模型,讨论了连铸机生产不同铸坯断面规格匹配的作业计划对生产运行的影响。在此基础上,综合考虑了生产总运行时间、钢包运行次数以及钢包运行等待时间等因素,提出了生产运行模式评价参数,并运用该参数对典型生产运行模式进行分析,得到了每种生产运行模式下的最优生产作业计划。研究结果对炼钢厂合理安排生产、减少生产过程由于生产运行模式不匹配导致的生产效率偏低、物质流运行不顺畅等问题,具有一定的参考价值。Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency and mismatched working hours caused by different steel grades and specifications of production orders and different production paths in steel mills,the reasonable production operation plans under different production operation modes from the perspective of product structure was studied.A multi-process operation simulation physical model which can reproduce the actual production situation of steelmaking plant was built by using Plant Simulation simulation software,and the reasonable steel grade production ratio in the production operation mode with the maximum capacity of steelmaking plant was analyzed.By using the operation simulation physical model,the influence of the operation plan of different slab cross-section specifications of continuous casting machine on the production operation was discussed.On this basis,the factors such as total production operation time,ladle operation times and ladle operation waiting time were comprehensively considered,and the evaluation parameters of production operation mode were put forward.By using these parameters,typical production operation modes were analyzed,and the optimal production operation plan under each production operation mode was obtained.The research results have certain reference value for steel mills to arrange production reasonably,reduce the problems of low production efficiency and unsmooth material flow caused by mismatched production operation modes in the production process.
