摘 要:薄板带钢无头连铸连轧生产过程中,活套控制系统用于稳定上、下游轧机之间由于金属秒流量不平衡导致的带钢套量偏差和带钢张力波动。在无头连铸连轧的长时间连续轧制和动态变规格轧制(flying gauge change, FGC)过程中,受诸多因素影响,活套系统很难实现角度和张力的稳定控制,从而导致带钢出现超宽或拉窄的问题。在研究活套角度控制和张力控制模型的基础上,提出稳定活套控制的优化方法和通过活套张力影响带钢宽度的控制方法,并通过引入带钢宽度偏差数据对轧机速度补偿的计算模型进行优化,大幅改善带钢宽度命中偏低的问题。在无头变规格轧制过程中,通过张力FGC控制配合轧机压下和主速控制系统实现轧机在减薄和返厚过程的稳定轧制。In the production process of endless continuous casting and rolling of thin plate and strip steel, the looper control system is used to stabilize the strip set deviation and strip tension fluctuation caused by the imbalance of metal flow per second between the upstream and downstream mills.In the process of long-time continuous rolling and flying gauge change(FGC) of endless continuous casting and rolling, affected by many factors, the looper system is difficult to realize the stable control of angle and tension, resulting in the problem of over width or narrowing of strip steel.Based on the study of looper angle control and tension control model, the optimization method of stable looper control and the control method of affecting strip width through looper tension were put forward.The calculation model of mill speed compensation was optimized by introducing strip width deviation data, which greatly improves the problem of low hit of strip width.In the process of endless variable gauge rolling, the stable rolling of the rolling mill in the process of thinning and thickening was realized through tension FGC control, rolling reduction and main speed control system.
