基于居民需求的集聚提升类村庄公共设施精细化建设探析——以东营市东营区为例

摘　　要：以东营市东营区集聚提升类村庄为例,围绕生产生活基础设施、公共服务设施、公共设施维护责任等内容,通过实地问卷、资料收集与统计分析,廓清了当前东营区乡村居民公共设施需求的总体格局和内在结构,结合研究区城乡融合与新型城镇化推进实际,提出了村庄公共设施精细化建设的具体建议。Taking the villages of Dongying District of Dongying City in the category of agglomeration and upgrading as an example, the general pattern and intrinsic structure of the current public facilities needs of rural residents in Dongying District were outlined through field questionnaires, data collection, and statistical analysis, and specific suggestions for the refined construction of village public facilities were put forward in the light of the actual promotion of urban-rural integration and new urbanization in the study area.
