摘　　要：建立最广泛统一战线是中国共产党长期一贯的基本政策,也是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必要保证。统战人员工作能力强弱是做好统战工作的关键,利用红色文化资源进行统战文化传承和发展教育是提升统战人员能力的有效途径。安徽红色文化资源丰厚,各个历史时期统战文化蕴含于红色文化遗存中。通过红色文化教育,能有效提升统一战线人员统战意识、政治站位、专业能力、创新能力、市场化能力、联结群众的能力以及信息处理能力,积极提升履职的科学化水平。The establishment of the united front as broad as possible is a long-term and consistent basic policy of the Communist Party of China and the necessary underpinnings for great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The ability of the united front workers is the key for doing the united front work well.It is an effective way to improve united front workers’ ability to pass down the culture of the united front and develop education with red cultural resources.Anhui is rich in red cultural resources, and the culture of united front in each historical period is contained in the red cultural relics.The education on the red culture helps to improve the united front workers’ consciousness of the united front, keep correct political standpoint, promote their ability in profession, innovation, marketization, connecting with the masses and information processing, so as to actively raise the scientific level of their duty-performing.
