摘　　要：以美元本位制为核心的币缘等级秩序、发达国家普遍施行的货币宽松政策、债务货币化、资本证券化以及金融资本全球化与政治化的扩张是形成当今世界金融生态与异象的主要力量。如何识别、理解和应对其中过度扭曲性的力量以及由此引发的金融异象,既是挑战又是机遇。现代金融科技与互联网精神催生了“互联网+普惠金融”数字经济,“互联网+支付”变革与金融产品货币化的出现冲击了现有的货币理论,百年巨变下的金融生态与异象催生更高信用等级的金融形态。从货币的演化及其治理机制来看,探讨“互联网+货币”金融模式构建的必要性与路径,构建数字化货币新型金融来应对金融异象,具有重大实践意义。The currency hierarchical order with the dollar standard as its core, the monetary easing policy generally implemented in developed countries, the monetization of debt, capital securitization, the globalization and politicization of financial capital are the main forces forming a financial ecology and anomalies in today’s world.As for how to identify, understand and deal with the excessively distorted power and the consequent financial anomalies, it is both a challenge and an opportunity.The modern financial technology and the Internet spirit have spawned the digital economy of “Internet + inclusive finance”.The emergence of the “Internet + payment” transformation and the monetization of financial products have impacted the existing monetary theory.The financial ecology and anomalies under the centurial great changes have created a higher credit-rating financial form.From the perspective of the monetary evolution and its governance mechanism, it is with great practical significance to explore the necessity of and path to constructing the “Internet + currency” financial model as well as to build a new digitalized-currency finance to cope with financial anomalies.
