摘 要:跨专业教育被认证有助于提高医务人员合作实践能力,通过跨专业教育可提高医学生临床实践能力,有助于提高照护质量,改善患者结局,已成为国际医学教育领域的主流。作者从发展条件、教育对象、教学方法、质量评价四方面介绍国外护理跨专业教育的开展现状,基于国情启示我国护理硕士专业学位研究生教育发展,为我国逐步开展护理硕士跨专业教育提供借鉴和参考。The accreditation of interprofessional education is helpful to improve the cooperation and practice ability of medical staff. Interprofessional education can improve the clinical practice ability of students, improve the quality of care and the outcome of patients, which has become the mainstream of international medical education. This article introduces the development status of nursing interprofessional education in foreign countries from the development conditions, educational objects, teaching methods and quality evaluation. Based on China’s national conditions, it will enlighten the development of master of nursing specialist in education of China, and provide reference for China to carry out master of nursing specialist’s interprofessional education.
