摘　　要：近年来受到疫情影响,市面上涌现出大量的存量资产,旅游业及酒店经营受到巨大的冲击,行业生态也正在进行颠覆性的变革,目前市面上存在大量的存量酒店及烂尾楼建筑。苏州太湖旭辉彩园作为为大型烂尾酒店改造养老项目案例,将有效解决附近养老资源有限难题。此外,本项目将为大量存量物业改造为养老项目提供参考和依据,通过本项目经验总结,拓展出一条存量物业改造之路,为其他项目探索并总结经验。At present, there are a large number of stock hotels and unfinished buildings on the market. CIFI RAINBOWLAND in Suzhou Taihu, as a case of converting a large unfinished hotel into a CCRC, will effectively solve the problem of limited elderly care resources nearby. On the other hand, this project will provide reference for the transformation of a large number of stock properties into elderly care projects. By summarizing the experience of this project, a way of stock property transformation will be paved to explore and sum up experience for other projects.
