摘　　要：女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)是一系列因为盆腔支持结构的损伤、退化或功能缺陷而引起的复杂妇科疾病。PFD患者的物理治疗包括手法治疗、生物反馈、电刺激治疗、磁刺激治疗及盆底康复器等,这些手段可以在一定程度上防止盆底支持结构的缺陷与损伤,改善与治疗女性PFD相关症状。本文综述了女性PFD的流行病学特征、发病原因和物理治疗,并针对不同亚型PFD的物理治疗进行分类阐述,以期能启发临床医师对物理治疗的证据有一定认识。Female pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)is a series of complex gynecological diseases caused by damage,degeneration or functional defects in pelvic supporting structures.Physical therapy for patients with PFD includes manual therapy,biofeedback,electrical stimulation therapy,magnetic stimulation therapy and pelvic floor rehabilitation device,which can prevent the defect and damage of pelvic floor support structure to a certain extent,improve and treat the symptoms related to the female pelvic floor dysfunction.This paper reviews the epidemiological characteristics,etiology and physical therapy of female pelvic floor dysfunction,classifies and expounds physical therapy of different subtypes of PFD,in order to inspire clinicians to have some understanding of the evidence of physical therapies.
