摘  要:振荡波与超低频正弦测试技术是电力电缆绝缘状态检测的有效方法。文中提出了一种新型的超低频正弦与振荡波一体化测试技术,能够大大提高现场检测效率。该方法在传统串级倍压电路拓扑结构的基础上,创新性地拓展了其功能,研制了电缆测试的一体化系统,可以实现电缆绝缘的超低频正弦耐压以及振荡波局部放电一体化测试。文中针对所提出的系统,详细分析了两种不同电压的产生原理及其波形特性,并利用MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真分析,进一步验证了该一体化测试方法的可行性。最后,建立了实验室样机系统,通过实验室测试,证明该一体化系统的合理性。Oscillating waveform and very low frequency(VLF)test technologies are effective methods for insulation state detection of power cable. In this paper,a kind of a new type of VLF with sinusoidal waveform and DAC integrated test technology is proposed,which can greatly improve detection efficiency at site. The method,on the basis of traditional cascade voltage doubling circuit topology,innovatively expands its function. The integrated system of cable test is developed,which can achieve integrated test of VLF withstanding voltage and PD of oscillating waveform. In view of the system proposed in this paper,the generation principle and its waveform characteristic of two kinds of different voltages are analyzed in detail. The simulation analysis is performed by the use of MATLAB/Simulink and the feasibility of the integrated test method is verified further. Finally,the prototype system of the test laboratory is set up and the practicability of the integrated test system is proved further by the test in the test laboratory.
