摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定工业氢氟酸中的硫元素含量,建立检验工业氢氟酸中硫元素的检验方法,方法线性范围是10ug/L~100ug/L,线性相关系数不小于0.999,硫元素的检出限为6ug/g,定量限为18ug/g,按照试验方法对工业氢氟酸中硫元素进行测定,并进行加标回收率实验,加标回收率在93.5%~103.5%。此方法适用于工业氢氟酸中硫元素含量的快速、准确检验,操作简单、结果可靠。The content of sulfur in industrial hydrofluoric acid is determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,and the inspection method for sulfur in industrial hydrofluoric acid is established.The linear range of the method is 10ug/l~100 ug/l,the linear correlation coefficient is not less than 0.999,the detection limit of sulfur is 6ug/g,and the quantitative limit is 18ug/g.The sulfur in industrial hydrofluoric acid is determined according to the test method,and the standard addition recovery experiment is carried out,the recovery rate of standard addition is 93.5%~103.5%.This method is suitable for the rapid and accurate determination of sulfur content in industrial hydrofluoric acid,with simple operation and reliable results.
