摘 要:针对当前市级供电企业物资供应保障工作中出现的业务协同不深入、资源利用不彻底、实物管理不规范、管理决策不科学等问题,文中树立全链思维,聚焦供应链全流程,对电力物资供应保障体系进行优化提升研究,有效强化了市级供电企业的供应链协同、资源统筹利用、实物同质管理、业务智慧运营等能力,助力打造“精益、高效”的物资供应保障体系,全面提高物资供应保障工作的质量和效率。The current municipal power supply enterprises have problems in the material supply guarantee,such as no in-depth collaborative business,halfway resource utilization,non-standard physical management,unscientific decision management.In view of the existing problems,this paper establishes the whole-chain thinking,focusing on the whole process of the supply chain to optimize and improve the power material supply guarantee system.The research effectively enhances the ability of supply chain coordination,overall resource utilization,physical homogeneity management,and business intelligence operation for municipal power supply enterprises,so as to help create a“lean and efficient”material supply guarantee system to improve the quality and efficiency of material supply guarantee work.
