摘 要:大数据背景下对电子商务物流服务提出订单履约期极短化、柔性化、个性化、透明化等新需求。为了优化与创新电子商务物流服务模式,论述平台自建设物流、平台整合物流资源、电商物流服务外包、即时配送物流服务四种基本服务模式,然后立足已有模式,从竞争、顾客需求、物流技术、物流网络、增值服务方面完成创新,以满足行业发展新需求、适应行业发展新形势,最后结合案例进行电子商务物流服务模式创新的具体实践分析,为广大电商企业提供参考与借鉴。Under the background of big data, e-commerce logistics service proposes new requirements such as extreme short compliance period for orders, flexibility, personalization, and transparency.In order to optimize and innovate e-commerce logistics service modes, this paper discusses four basic service modes of platforms constructing logistics by themselves, platforms integrating logistics resources, e-commerce logistics service outsourcing and instant distribution logistics service, then implements the innovation from the aspects of competition, customer demand, logistics technology, logistics network and value-added service relying on the existing modes to meet new requirements of industrial development and adapt to the new trend of industrial development, and finally makes a concrete practical analysis on the innovation of e-commerce logistics service modes combining with real cases, so as to provide a reference for other e-commerce enterprises.
