“两业融合”背景下的第三方物流管理课程改革探讨

摘　　要：推动物流业制造业深度融合、创新发展,是适应“双循环”发展格局的新要求,也是促进实体经济降本增效、产业链供应链协同、制造业高质量发展的新机遇。在此政策背景下,如何结合物流管理专业的人才培养方案,融合更加贴近行业的教学资源以及更加丰富多样的教学手段,开展启发式、参与式教学,是当前高校物流管理专业人才培养亟待解决的问题。为此,文中聚焦于物流管理专业核心课程《第三方物流管理》传统教学模式中存在的弊端,探索了面向“两业融合”的教学内容改革以及基于“翻转课堂”的教学模式改革方案,旨在以“实践教学”与“自主学习”双向衔接,面向行业的新发展新动向优化人才的培养方式,从而有效提升教学内容的行业适应性以及学生的实践能力。Promoting the deep integration and innovative development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry is not only a new requirement to adapt to the “double cycle” development pattern, but also a new opportunity to promote the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the real economy, facilitate the synergy of industrial chain and supply chain, and accelerate the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.Under this policy background, how to combine the personnel cultivating program of logistics management major, integrate teaching resources closer to the industry and diversified teaching methods, and carry out heuristic and participatory teaching is an urgent problem to be solved for the major of logistics management in colleges at present.Therefore, the paper focuses on the shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode of “Third-party Logistics Management”,the core course of logistics management major, and explores the teaching content reform oriented to the integration of logistics and manufacturing industries and the teaching mode reform based on the flipped classroom, aiming at optimizing the personnel cultivating program which can accommodate the new development and new trend of the logistics industry through the two-way connection between “practical teaching” and “self-learning”,thereby effectively improving the industry adaptability of teaching content and students’ practical ability.
